Who Are You?
You love the technical parts of your job but also enjoy building relationships with your clients. You enjoy solving problems and know how to work in the commercial interests of your clients. You are sick and tired of churning documents all day and all night. You are looking for a platform to allow you to fulfil your potential.
You must have a solid background in general corporate, M&A or IPO matters. Any experience with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) will be a bonus).
