Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a physical presence in multiple jurisdictions. As part of a sustained expansion programme, a new position has been created in its investment funds practice in the Cayman Islands.
You will join an energetic and friendly team advising companies, investment managers, investment advisers, prime brokers and boutique investment houses on the establishment of funds of all structures and strategies, fund-related mergers and acquisitions, listings, workouts and repackagings.
Ideally, you will have a strong academic track record and no less than 2 years of relevant experience gained with reputable city or regional firms. Candidates with in house experience are also encouraged to apply. Our client is looking for someone with strong technical and interpersonal skills and who has the ability to apply the law in a commercially viable way.
