IT Director / Head of IT - Jersey - LOW TAX

Global professional services firm are looking to appoint a new IT Director / Head of IT to be based from their office in Jersey, Channel Islands. This person will shape the group's overall IT strategy and be responsible for delivering global business change programmes of work. The firm are keen to hire someone with experience in a similar position and a history of identifying and adopting new technologies that help to provide a competitive advantage. There are also large operational and financial aspects to this position so the incumbent must possess a strong background in managing financial resources and teams.

Candidate profile
• Candidate's must come from a financial services or a professional services background with 10yrs+ commercial experience.
• Track record of delivering IT business plans across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing relationships and negotiating contracts with 3rd party external suppliers
• Commercially astute
• Proven leadership ability and able to motivate staff

Compensation
£100K - £110K + Bonus + Bens + Relocation - LOW TAX

This position is based out of Jersey and will require the incumbent to be based there full-time.
